Berkeley Glass provided comprehensive glazing services for the multi-phase renovation and expansion of Herndon High School — a 413,000-square-foot modernization project that transformed the campus into a vibrant hub for 21st-century learning. The $80 million project included three major additions totaling over 121,000 square feet and renovations across 292,000 square feet of existing space, all while the school remained fully operational.
Our team supplied and installed energy-efficient storefronts, curtain walls, interior glass systems, and skylights throughout classrooms, common areas, and athletic facilities. Each system was designed to maximize natural light, improve energy performance, and enhance safety across the expanded campus. Special attention was given to maintaining architectural continuity between the historic sections of the building and the new contemporary additions.

The final step in our recent bathroom renovation was to install a glass swinging shower door. Our bathroom renovation contractor recommended Berkeley Glass. So I called and spoke with Berkeley Glass Sales Manager Strother. Strother visited our home, measured our shower, and provided a reasonable estimate. He was also very patient and understanding, since we had to delay glass installation for several weeks until the tile installer completed the shower ceiling. Finally the Berkeley Glass installer team of Savion and his assistant Dustin did a magnificent job installing our new glass swinging shower door in about 3 hours.
